Rafei & Co was founded on a simple observation: the property market has long been designed to favour sellers, while buyers are left to navigate one of the largest financial decisions of their lives with limited representation.

After years working within the property ecosystem — alongside selling agents, developers, consultants, and industry professionals — our founder gained a clear view of how outcomes are shaped behind the scenes.
