For more than 10 years, Zane has been actively involved in property development and acquisition, sourcing opportunities off-market, negotiating under pressure, and assessing value where others see constraint. Working from the buy-side has given him a clear understanding of how outcomes are shaped behind the scenes — by pricing strategy, timing, leverage, and negotiation discipline.
That experience defines how Rafei & Co operates today.

His role is to remove emotion from the process, provide clear judgement, and ensure buyers are represented with the same level of expertise sellers have relied on for decades.
